Installed devices are not simultaneous connections
You may be able to install a player on several screens while the subscription allows only one active stream. These are different limits. Ask how the provider counts a connection and whether background playback continues after you leave a player.
Plan for the household’s busiest hour
List the screens likely to watch at the same time. A living-room TV, bedroom device and phone can require separate concurrent connections. Confirm any household, account-sharing or region restrictions; do not assume additional connections can be used by unrelated households.

Troubleshoot connection-limit messages
Stop playback on other devices, close the relevant player and wait for the account state to update according to provider guidance. If the warning remains, ask support to review the account. Do not buy extra accounts or share passwords merely to work around an unexplained error.
Frequently asked questions
Can two people watch on one connection?+
Only if your plan explicitly permits that pattern of simultaneous use.
Does connecting every device to the same Wi-Fi remove the limit?+
No. An account may count concurrent streams regardless of the network they use.
