What an electronic programme guide does
An EPG provides programme titles, scheduled times and sometimes descriptions. It is guide data rather than the video itself. A working stream can have missing listings, and a complete programme listing does not guarantee that the associated stream is available.
Check time settings before replacing URLs
If schedules appear shifted by a consistent amount, inspect the device clock and time-zone settings. Then review any time-offset option provided by your player. Changing the provider address will not necessarily correct a time-setting mismatch.

Refresh and match guide entries carefully
Use the player’s supported guide-refresh function and confirm that the provider supplies guide data for the affected sources. Channel identifiers may need to match the guide’s entries. Do not repeatedly replace account details or use unrelated guide files simply to fill empty rows.
Understand catch-up and recording separately
Programme listings alone do not provide catch-up access or permission to record. Those features depend on service rights, source support, account terms and player functions. Ask the provider about the specific programme and feature you want.
Frequently asked questions
Why does video work with no programme titles?+
The stream and EPG are separate resources; guide data may be unavailable or unmatched.
Does an EPG guarantee catch-up?+
No. Schedules and catch-up availability are different features.
